Order Cancellation Policy – Prior to collection
Orders that are cancelled prior to pick-up will be refunded in full.
Order Cancellation Policy – After Collection is made
Orders may not be cancelled after the collection has been completed.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact us by e-mail, quoting your Name, Address, Order Number, Date of Purchase and Details of the reason you wish to make a return. E-mail your request to email@example.com and you will be contacted by us within 5 working days.
If a customer is not entirely satisfied with our product within 7 days they may return the item and get a full refund provided that they are returned in a sellable condition and the customer must pay for shipping back to us.
If you have ordered goods and receive the wrong item then please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct item to be dispatched.
If the goods are faulty then we will arrange for collection.
All refund claims can be made either in writing, email or via telephone - Your Parcelsworld order number will be required.
Should a refund be appropriate, it shall be made back onto the card or payment method originally used to book the transaction – refunds can only be processed to the contracted party who booked the order.
Refunds will take up to two working days.
You have a maximum of 28 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund.
We shall not, in any circumstances, be liable to you for any refunds where our Terms and Conditions have not been fully complied with including any items sent on the Prohibited list.
